By accessing this Website, accessible from https://oneless.ai, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

About OneLess

OneLess is a product of Tpglobal Creations Private Limited (“TeamPumpkin”). Throughout these Terms, “OneLess”, “oneless.ai”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tpglobal Creations Private Limited, the company that owns and operates the OneLess website, application and service. “You” and “your” refer to the individual or organisation using the service.

Tpglobal Creations Private Limited trades as TeamPumpkin, and OneLess is one of its products. Where a social media platform, app store or other third party lists the developer, publisher or verified business behind OneLess as Tpglobal Creations Private Limited or TeamPumpkin, that refers to the same entity described here.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on oneless.ai's Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on oneless.ai's Website;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transferring the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

oneless.ai may terminate this license upon violation of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your right to view these materials also ends and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in printed or electronic format.

This section covers the marketing and informational materials on our website. Your right to use the OneLess product itself — creating, scheduling and publishing content through your connected social media accounts — is governed by the sections below. Subject to these Terms and to payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the OneLess service for your own business or personal social media management, including on behalf of clients whose accounts you are authorised to manage.

Connected accounts and publishing on your behalf

OneLess is a social media management service. Its central function is that you connect one or more social media accounts — which may include Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional accounts, LinkedIn profiles and Company Pages, X accounts, YouTube channels and TikTok accounts — and OneLess then acts on those accounts on your behalf.

You authorise us to publish for you. By connecting an account, you instruct and authorise OneLess to access that account through the platform's official API and, on your behalf, to: publish, schedule, post, upload and (where the platform allows it) edit or delete content you have created or approved in OneLess; read your existing posts, Pages, channels and account details so we can show you what you can post to; and retrieve analytics and insights so we can show you how your content performed. This authorisation is limited to the permissions you approve on the platform's own consent screen when you connect, and to the accounts you choose to connect.

You stay in control. Connecting an account is always your choice, and you can disconnect any account at any time from your OneLess settings, or revoke our access directly from the platform. Disconnecting revokes our access, deletes the stored tokens for that connection, and cancels any posts still scheduled for it.

You are responsible for your content. You retain ownership of the content you create, upload or generate in OneLess. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, format, transmit and publish that content to your connected accounts, and to display it back to you in the product. You are responsible for everything published through your connected accounts using OneLess, including content generated with the help of our AI features — AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable, so you should review it before it goes out.

What we cannot promise. Publishing depends on third-party platforms and their APIs. Platforms change rules, deprecate endpoints, apply rate limits, reject content and suspend accounts for their own reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to publish your content as scheduled, but we do not guarantee that any given post will be published, published on time, or remain available, and we are not liable for a platform's decisions about your account or your content.

Account ownership and authority

By connecting a social media account to OneLess, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are the owner of that account, or an authorised administrator of it with the permissions required to publish content and view analytics;
  • where the account belongs to an organisation or a client, you have that organisation's or client's express permission to connect the account to OneLess and to publish on its behalf, and you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf;
  • your use of OneLess with that account does not breach any agreement you have with the account owner, or the terms of the platform the account is on; and
  • you have obtained any consents required for the content you publish, including rights to any images, video, music, logos and trade marks it contains, and consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in it.

You must not connect an account you do not own or administer, or that you have obtained access to without permission. You are responsible for keeping your OneLess login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at devops@oneless.ai if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation, or if you lose the authority to manage a connected account. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your connecting an account you were not authorised to connect, or from content you published through OneLess.

Acceptable use

You agree to use OneLess lawfully and in good faith. You must not use the service, or allow anyone else to use it, to:

  • publish or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that promotes violence, self-harm or discrimination;
  • publish content that infringes anyone's copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
  • publish sexually explicit material, content harmful to minors, or content that exploits or endangers any person;
  • send spam, publish deceptive or misleading content, impersonate any person or organisation, or run coordinated inauthentic behaviour, engagement farming or artificial amplification;
  • breach the terms, policies, developer policies or community guidelines of any connected platform, or use OneLess to circumvent a platform's rate limits, automation rules, restrictions or enforcement actions;
  • connect or attempt to connect accounts you do not own or are not authorised to administer, or access another OneLess user's account or data;
  • scrape, harvest, resell or otherwise misuse data obtained through the service, including using it for advertising targeting or building profiles of individuals;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its underlying systems, interfere with its operation, or introduce malware or any other harmful code;
  • use the service to build a competing product, or resell or sublicense access to it without our written agreement;
  • place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including through automated access outside our documented interfaces; or
  • use the service in any way that breaches applicable law, including data protection, consumer protection, advertising and export control law.

We may investigate suspected breaches of this section, and may remove content, suspend a connection or restrict your access where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred or is likely.

Third-party platform terms

When you connect a social media account to OneLess, you continue to be bound by that platform's own terms and policies, in addition to these Terms. Where a platform's terms conflict with how you are using OneLess, the platform's terms govern your use of that platform. You are responsible for reading and complying with them.

In particular, OneLess uses the YouTube API Services to publish to and report on YouTube channels. By connecting a YouTube channel to OneLess, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can review or revoke OneLess's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our own use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The other platforms' terms apply in the same way:

OneLess is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google, YouTube or TikTok. Platform names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the integrations we support. Access to any integration may change or end if a platform changes its API or policies, and we are not liable for such changes.

Termination

You may stop at any time. You can disconnect any social media account, stop using OneLess, or close your account whenever you like. To close your account and have your data deleted, email devops@oneless.ai from your registered address; deletion is completed within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Fees already paid for a period that has begun are not refundable except where the law requires it.

We may suspend or terminate. We may suspend or terminate your access to OneLess, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms (in particular the acceptable use, ownership and authority sections), if a connected platform requires it or withdraws our access, if you fail to pay fees when due, if your use puts our service, our other users or any platform at risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to put things right.

What happens on termination. Your right to use the service ends immediately, scheduled posts are cancelled, and our access to your connected accounts is revoked. Content already published to your social media accounts stays on those platforms and remains under your control there. We may retain your data for the limited periods described in our Privacy Policy, and you may request deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including the disclaimer, limitations, indemnities and governing law — continue to apply.

We may change or discontinue the service. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, or the service as a whole. Where we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your content and disconnect your accounts.

Disclaimer

All the materials on oneless.ai's Website are provided "as is". oneless.ai makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, oneless.ai does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website.

Limitations

oneless.ai or its suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on oneless.ai's Website, even if oneless.ai or an authorize representative of this Website has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on oneless.ai's Website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. oneless.ai will not promise that any of the materials in this Website are accurate, complete, or current. oneless.ai may change the materials contained on its Website at any time without notice. oneless.ai does not make any commitment to update the materials.

oneless.ai may revise these Terms of Use for its Website at any time without prior notice. By using this Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any claim or dispute relating to oneless.ai, the OneLess service or this Website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You and Tpglobal Creations Private Limited agree that the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such claim or dispute. Nothing in this section removes any right you may have, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where applicable law gives you that right.
